The Story
MyRestaurant is a service for restaurant owners to manage their reservations and clientele. It is accessible both from tablet with a web app and mobile with an iOS and Android app. MyRestaurant allows owners handle reservations made through e-table, phone, Facebook or website, save customer’s preferences and send bulk SMS & emails.
It is a service released by e-table (restaurant reservations company) as an additional service to their offering. For this service we worked closely with the e-table team, collected all the insights and requests they had through the years of collaboration with restaurant owners.
Restaurant Reservation Management Made Easy
Challenges
The app is used mainly on rush hours, so an emphasise at the basic functionalities that are required during the restaurant operation was given. Reservations, table assignments and cancelations were a top priority during the design process.
